Ten Islands Rankin Bottoms 10/04/13
Mac and I put in at 7:45 AM at Leadvale ramp and took out at 1:05 PM, covering 4.5 miles by kayak and 1.5 miles on foot. Lake elevation was 979.5 ft. We paddled downstream into Ten Islands, then upstream to Rankin Bottoms. At Rankin, went ashore near the tipple and walked south (upstream direction) on the old railroad grade for about .75 miles, then returned to boats. Our lists:
